One of the greatest video game adaptations of all time,Castlevania, has been the talk of the town since its release in 2017. While the series ended with its fourth season in 2021, it still attracts a lot of attention, and the reason behind this is the compelling storylines and complex characters that the series introduced over the period of four seasons.

Some of these characters were so complex that to this day, fans have been trying to figure out different aspects of their narrative. One such character is the Adventure Lady, who, despite having a small appearance in the series, managed to make the biggest impact on theCastlevanianarrative. Her relationship with Saint Germain in the third season is one of the biggest mysteries.
In fact, the fans’ believe that her role inCastlevaniawas quite similar to that of the infamous Kenjaku from Gege Akutami’sJujutsu Kaisenseries. Kenjaku was a manipulator who indirectly caused the biggest battle in the history ofJujutsu Kaisen, and in some way, the Adventure Lady played the same role.

The mysterious Adventure Lady inCastlevania
The Adventure Lady is first introduced in the third season ofCastlevaniaas the love interest of Saint Germain, one of the most crucial characters from season 3 and season 4. It is revealed that during his travels, Saint Germain met the Adventure Lady and was mesmerized by her charm instantly. The two eventually fall in love and continue their exploration.

Over time, the two becameinterested in the Infinite Corridorsand the numerous worlds behind them. They studied them together and even managed to enter one of them, but it resulted in the two lovebirds separating from each other. While Saint Germain somehow managed to get out, the Adventure Lady was still trapped inside, eventually getting lost forever.
Thus began Saint Germain’s new journey inCastlevaniathat involved him bringing his loved one back. He went through multiple villages to find out more about Infinite Corridors and eventually managed to enter another one, but it changed his destiny forever, as he had to lose his morality and become a villain in Season 4 to bring back the love of his life inCastlevania.

The Adventure Lady might be the Kenjaku ofCastlevania
Although the Adventure Lady played a very small role in theCastlevaniastoryline, the impact of her character led to a whole lot of destruction and murder. Thus, the general assumption amongCastlevaniafans is that she was a fake identity created by Death, just like the Alchemist and Varney, in order to manipulate Saint Germain to bring back Dracula.
While there is not much evidence to support the claims, it only seems logical considering the development her character went through in theCastlevaniastoryline. She is responsible for almost everything bad that happened in season 3 and season 4. Just likeKenjaku was responsiblefor the final showdown between Sukuna and the sorcerers inJujutsu Kaisen.

‘Castlevania’ Went Above and Beyond With the Belmonts’ Design to Include the Best Character of the Original Trio
Kenjaku used multiple identities to achieve his goals just like Death did inCastlevania. They control the narrative from the background and let their pawns do evil deeds for them. Ultimately it all resulted in death and destruction, and they were defeated by the main characters of their individual series.
Castlevaniais available to watch on Netflix.
