According to rumors, players will be able to buy doors using the credits or contribute with teammates to buy one. Opening doors can open new escape routes in dire situations and also affect the path of zombies.
This could be very similar toInfinite Warfarezombie mode, thoughTreyarchcould introduce a few changes that could alter the mechanic. Furthermore, this is just a rumor at this point, so we will have to wait for official news from the developers.
Treyarch Is Embarking a New Era of Zombie Mode
Doors are not the only new feature that we could see in the upcoming zombie mode. According to the Twitter account @CODIIINTEL, we are also getting five new scorestreaks: Mangler Cannon, Mutant Injection, ARC-XD, Hell Storm, and Napalm Strike.

Loadouts are also making a return inBlack Ops 6zombie mode. However, it’s worth pointing out that loadouts will only be editable in round 1 of the mode. No surprises; Treyarch is adding a new map, “Terminus,” exclusive to one of the zombie modes. More new maps will likely be added to the zombie mode, but we only have confirmation for one yet.
