Episode 9 of Bungo Stray Dogs Season 4 is titled “Dreaming of Butterflies.” As usual, the official website of Bungo Stray Dogs has released the synopsis for the upcoming episode. Hearing that the price for the Port Mafia to rescue the detective agency is the “transfer of one employee,” Yosano gets angry when he realizes that Mori has presented him as the one.
Francis puts on a condition to allow the use of the “Eyes of God,” and that is, Margaret being cured of her comatose state. Realizing that there would be a possibility of a trap at the trading place, Yosano went there alone. What Happened Previously On Bungo Stray Dogs?
Chuya evacuated the Armed Detective Agency; however, Kunikida couldn’t understand why Mafia saved them. Chuya revealed that he only rescued them because of the deal made by Fukuzawa and Mori, in which they had to transfer an Agency member to Mafia. Kunikada recalled Jono’s remarks before he saw Kenji being stabbed in the chest by Tetcho’s sword while obstructing their escape. As Tetcho approached them, Kunikida jumped off the chopper and used one of the emergency pages to turn it into a grenade and blew both of them.
Two days earlier, Atsushi and Kyoki came out of hiding. The former showed was concerned about if Fukuzawa’s arrest was actually true. Later, they heard about the news report addressing the Armed Detective agency as a terrorist organization. Atsushi started to get demotivated for being unable to save the Agency before he saw Dazai flash before his eyes and motivate him.
With a resolve to save the Agency, Atsushi and Kyoko decided to find Mushitaro, and to find him, they decided to meet Francis and use his Eyes of God. When they arrived, they found Francis already engaged in a battle with Nathaniel Hawthorne. Mori met the Agency members in the hideout and reported having no knowledge about Kunikida’s whereabouts. He revealed that Dazai had passed through several agencies, but he didn’t know about his location either.
Francis revealed that Fyodor was currently in a special prison, and Atsushi wondered how Fyodor was able to control the situation despite being in prison. Francis replied that this was because of Fyodor’s ability. Later, Dazai met Fyodor, and they decided to play a game where a question arose about how they communicate with the world. The one to figure out the other’s method will be able to stop the other’s companions from the outside.
