Bulma is one of the wealthiest people in theDragon Ballfranchise. She has created several scientifically advanced machinery that have helped the Z Warriors in countless ways. The Time Machine has been one of the most useful tools in her garage, but it was also the reason why Cell could travel to the present timeline and wreak havoc.
The Cell Games Happened Because Of Bulma
Bulma has one of the most scientifically advanced minds. She has invented countless machinery along with her father, Dr. Brief. The Z Warriors had a lot of trouble finding the Dragon Balls, but after the invention of the Dragon Radar, they could easily pinpoint the locations and collect them. Even though most of the inventions were quite useful, the Time Machine happens to be the most useful of them.

However, the Time Machine is the reason why the Cell Games happened. Cell is an artificially created living being made by Dr. Gero. He was made with cells from Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, and Frieza. Cell was supposed to absorb Android 17 and Android 18, but in his world, both of them were deactivated. Even though it was a different timeline,Bulmahad already built a time machine, and Cell used it to travel to the present timeline.
Coming to the present timeline, he absorbedAndroid 17and Android 18 and attained his perfect form. After becoming Perfect Cell, he easily overpowered the likes of Goku and Vegeta. He killed people by absorbing them.Perfect Cellwreaked havoc in the present timeline and created the Cell Games, where the strongest warriors challenged. Ultimately, it was Gohan who defeated and killed Perfect Cell, ending the reign of terror.
Bulma’s Wealth Has Helped Goku And Vegeta Multiple Times
Even though the Time Machine led to one of the most horrific events in the present timeline, the machine had its usefulness. Future Trunks used it to come to the present timeline and warn them about Cell. He also saved Goku from dying of an unknown disease.

InDragon Ball Super, Goku, Vegeta, and Bulma used the Time Machine to escape Zamasu’s world. Apart from the Time Machine, Vegeta has a personal training room where he was seen to train under 100x gravity. It would not have been possible without Bulma’s wealth.
The only way to keep Lord Beerus satisfied was to keep feeding him delicious foods, and Bulma always took care of it. Even Vegeta and Goku were allowed to train on Lord Beerus’ planet only if they could bring delicious foods. Bulma never boasted about his wealth and always helped her friends. She can be intolerable at times, but underneath, Bulma is a good person at heart.
