Expansion and changes on the source material has greatly changed the position of some of these characters. Mainly in the case of Senjumaru Shutara, in the original Manga she didn’t even fight on-screen, and now in the anime she was shown to be the most powerful female character in the entire series.
10Bambietta Basterbine
Bambiette is Sternritter [E] - The Explode, a powerful member of the Wandenreich, Ywhach’s Quincy army in the Thousand-Year Blood War arc. Her schrift, E - The Explode, allows her to shoot deadly orbs of reishi that create massive explosions on contact.
Her Vollstandig allows her to maximize the output of these orbs while also gaining the ability to fly, basically carpet bombing the battlefield by herself. While her battle with Sajin Komamura is impressive, she did end up losing, so she left a bit to be desired.

Tier was the Tercera Espada inSousuke Aizen’s Arrancar Army. Since Aizen’s defeat, she’s become the Queen of Hueco Mundo, leading Hollows into a more peaceful lifestyle. As a Vasto Lorde level Espada, she is incredibly strong, proving impossible to defeat by Toushiro Hitsugaya even with the help of Vizards Lisa Yadomaru, and Hiyori Sarugaki.

Nelliel or Nell Tu may seem like a small child, but her real form is that of former Tercera Espada, with an immense power that dwarfs most of her peers. Nelliel’s Resurreccion, Gamuza, turns her into a powerful centaur equipped with a massive spear.
Her cero and overall fighting ability humiliated the Quinto Espada, Nnoitra Gilga, who was just completely wiping the floor with a Bankai-formIchigo. Nelliel is by far one of the strongest Arrancar, considering it took two Espadas’ dirty tricks to strip her of her power.
