Gain Access Into The Murder Tribunal
To enter theMurder Tribunal, you must pursue the quest toinvestigate the murders. Following the trail of murders, you’ll come acrossCora Highberry, a prospective murder victim. You’ll find Cora along withDolor, a dwarf in red armor. Fighting him will cause Dolor to evade. You’ll now find him with his next murder victim,Figaro Pennyworth, at theFacemaker’s Boutique.
Defeat Dolor and loot his corpse, picking up theHand Bagand reading theTorn and Bloody Pageto discover the password to theMurder Tribunal. TheMurder Tribunalcan be accessed from theCandulhallow’s Tombstones, northeast of the Elfsong Taverns. Upon entering the building, look for a portrait on the wall and move it to unveil a switch that moves a cupboard hiding the door to theMurder Tribunal.
Interact with the door and choose thefirst dialogue optionto enter the password and access theMurder Tribunal.
Become The Unholy Assassin
Before you can enter theMurder Tribunal, you’ll need to provide proof of your murder to theWhich Guards. As long as you have theHand Bagwith you, thefirst dialogue optionwill provide easy access to theMurder Tribunalwhere you’ll meetSarevok Anchev, the legendary Bhaalspawn.
To become theunholy assassin, you must accept to be judged by Sarevok, which summons an NPC specter that may or may not have been slain by your party. You can pass the judgment by choosing to deceive theMurder Tribunal.
Next, Sarevok will ask you to enter theDread Lord’s Abbatoir, where you’ll need to kill the investigator,Valeria. Once Valeria is killed, you’ll be baptized in the celestial being’s blood and reborn as anunholy assassin. Return to theMurder Tribunalto find therare merchant, Echo of Abazigal.

Interact withEcho of Abazigalto learn about his backstory and then proceed to trade with him.Abazigal sells a variety of powerful items, including three pieces of the Bhaalist armor set. TheCraterflesh Glovesare a rare pair of gloves that come with a special perk calledCraterous Wounds, dealing 1 to 6 force damage upon scoring a critical hit.
It’s also important to note thatkilling the Echo of Abazigal does not drop items from his inventory. The only way to acquire them is throughtrade.
