Alan Wake 2: Where To Find The Fuse For Espresso Express
To complete the float and enter the Watery overlap in Alan Wake 2, you’ll first need to find a fuse for Espresso Express to get the circuit board.
One particular item that may surprise you would be the deer heads. Throughout the game you probably have noticed there are random mounted deer heads. What you may not have known is that if youinteract with every single one, you’ll be rewarded.

About Deer Heads
When you’re Saga, there will be atotal of 12 deer headsthat are mounted on the walls of various locations that you must find. When you find them, simply interact with them by petting them. Most of these can be found during return 3 and 5.
The first deer head will be found during Return 1: Invitation when you’re investigating Nightingale’s murder scene at Cauldron Lake. On the mapjust south of the murder site, there will be a trailer. To reach it, head down one of the nearby paths and when you go inside, veer to your left to enter the living room. You’ll see a deer head mounted on the wall with a symbol of two downward triangles to the right of it. Don’t forget thecult stash boxright outside before you leave.

The second deer head you’ll come across will be in Bright Falls during Return 1: Invitation. It will be mounted above thefireplace at Elderwood Palace Lodge. On the map, it will be to the far left of the town, on the corner of Harbor Street and Coal Street.
You’ll come across the third mounted deer head at theOh Deer Dinerwhen you’re still in Return 1: Invitation. While exploring the diner, open the first door on your right when you’re down the back hall. This storage room will have the mounted deer head on the back wall.
Back at Cauldron Lake, you’ll find the next deer head above afireplace in the Witchfinder’s Station. You’ll reach this one during Return 2: The Heart.
When you’re in Return 3: Local Girl, if you go Downtown Watery, you’ll find the fifthdeer head at Suomi Hall. Roam about the building until you find it in one of the rooms next to the water cooler. Throughout the game, you’ll find amap in various locationswhich will most likely show you the layout of the building you’re in. When looking at your personal map, this deer head will be near the coffee cup symbol in the building.
To the left of the map from Downtown Watery, you will find the Lighthouse Trailer Park. Looking at the map during Return 3: Local Girl, you will see two trailers parallel to one another. The next mounted deer head will be in the oneon the left closest to “my” trailer.
On the map right under the Coffee World sign will bethe Kalevala Knights Workshop, where you’ll find the next deer head during Return 3: Local Girl. Once you open thelocked workshop door, look on the map and the deer head will be just above the candle symbol. You’ll find it up against one of the tin walls.

During Return 3: Local Girl, on the map, the next deer will beat the top inside the Ranger Cabin. By now you should have the screwdriver to open the lock on the door.
On Return 5: Old Gods you’ll want to go to the Valhalla Nursing home. Go inside the main Manor building and go to the second floor. You’ll find the deerhead in the loungeacross from the staircase.
While still on Return 5: Old Gods, the next one will be at the Wellness Center. Before you can gain access to the next mounted deer,you will need a door knob. This deer is located in the Workshop at the Wellness Center, which is just above the security room. You’ll find the mounted deer head on the wall with various other mounted items.
The second to last deer head can be foundSoutheast of the Wellness Centerat the Ranger Station during Return 5: Old Gods. Head inside, veer to your left in the second room to reach the fireplace, then a sharp left will bring you to the stairs. You’ll find the deer mounted right at the top of the stairs.
The final deer head will be found in the first Rental Cabin during Return 5: Old Gods. On the map, this will be to theright of the Bony-Legged Path. The deer head will be on the wall next to the bed.
Follow The Deer
After petting all the deer heads, interact with the deer head located in Saga’s Mind Place, and you’ll receive a message that says “let my twin in the other office lead the way.” Head back to Bright Falls andgo to the Elderwood Palace Lodge. When you hear an actual deer snort, head to the dining room facing the front desk and stone chimney.
You may catch a glimpse of the deer walking by the door heading to the right. Go around the chimney then to the left of the leather chairs. The deer should be at the end of the hall. It will wait for you until you start towards it, then it will continue towalk into room 108.
Upon entering the room, you’ll notice a ton of mounted deer skulls. The deer will be nowhere to be found,but the room it led you to is full of supplies. You’ll find ammo, medical supplies, and more.
