My Hero Academiais on a roll. First, they announced season 7 and got everybody excited. Then, the anime saw the announcement of their fourth movie, which effectively exceeded expectations. The manga is going through a significant phase, and the fans can no longer contain themselves. Chapter 409 revealed one of the most bizarre things in theMy Hero Academiauniverse for the first time.
In that chapter, All for One is shown to lose control over his quirks as if they are becoming unstable. It is the first time that something like this happened in All for One’s long life. One exciting thing about this fact is that another pro-hero predicted this. Pro Hero Hawks had predicted it several chapters back, and the fans cannot believe how accurate he proved to be.
Hawks May Have Predicted All for One’s Downfall
InMy Hero Academiachapter 311, Hawks predicted that All for One must carry a lot of hatred for One for All. All for One and One for All are brothers; for centuries, the former has been hunting for the latter. All for One has stolen several quirks but never could steal the one he intended to. One for All has been passed down for generations, and AFO’s hatred has only increased, especially after his encounter with the second OFA user.

But Hawks said that even though he bore much hatred for OFA, he was always seen to laugh. Seeing this, Hawks predicted that AFO’s unstable emotions might lead to his downfall. The same thing happened in chapter 409. Due to his overwhelming emotions, he was starting to lose control over his quirks. All for One questioned himself as to why he was facing such problems. He thought he was due to his changing body.
But having stolen Hawks’ quirk, that portion of Hawks’ answered him that his unstable and overwhelming emotions are the root cause of the malfunctioning of his quirks. This quirk problem happened while he was battling Bakugo Katsuki.

My Hero Academiaentered its Final Saga long ago and is close to its end, with the Final War ongoing. During the Final War, Bakugo’s provocation has led All for One’s emotions to get the better of him. All for One’s body was heavily damaged after his fight with All Might. He wanted someone who bore the same hatred as him towards One for All. He found Shigaraki Tomuro and chose him to be his vessel.
The main antagonist ofMy Hero Academiaalways thought himself incapable of emotions but has always felt strong emotions to his arch-nemesis. Even though necessary, he failed to consider it and is now losing control over his quirks by feeling immense rage from Bakugo’s provocations. Hawks’ prediction was on point and could be a turning point in the Final War. Even though it does not mean the end of All for One, it sure is an exciting turn inMy Hero Academia.
